Audience Development Sales Representative

Overall responsibility:

Responsible for selling conference registrations and building relationships with executives and members of our healthcare community for our in-person event program - 12 events in 2019 - and online e-learning programs.

 

Key areas of responsibility:

The Audience Development Sales Representative’s principal responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Sell complimentary event registrations to healthcare executives. To achieve this goal, you must:

o Initiate out-bound communications internally qualified lead sources via email and phone

o Email and phone follow-up on all leads generated by broader marketing communications

· Selling complimentary educational programs (webinar, asset hosting) to healthcare executives

· Update audience CRM with prospect or account information, such as logging calls, updating contact information, etc.

Successful candidate must:

o Effectively communicate with senior-level decision makers – C-, VP-, and Director-level

o Identify qualified leads and develop relationships via the telephone within an assigned market

o Discover the customer's business needs while working through specific solutions through consultative selling techniques

o Conduct Internet research and prospecting

o Performs other duties, as assigned.
