Job Summary:

Responsible for recruiting, training, managing, and ensuring the success of the Community Development Managers.  Along with the team, responsible for the successful recruiting of potential Summit delegates by phone and email.

  • Ensure that each of our Summits is sufficiently populated with the best possible delegates

  • Mentor and manage the team of Community Development Associates

  • Invite buyers to our Summits

  • Recruit, train, and prepare new hires to be successful

  • Manage the team of Community Development Associates

  • Maintain records of call volume, applications received

  • Mentor, motivate, and troubleshoot with team

  • Liase and collaborate with other departments within the Summits team to ensure collective goals are met

  • Call and email potential Summit delegates to invite them to apply and engage with them about the difficulties/successes they are having at work and the value of interacting with others in similar positions

  • Maintain & edit training manual / communicate policies developed to deal with specific situations

  • Attend and assist in Summit operations several times a year

  • Lead the correction/updating of information in CRM



· BA or BS from college or university.

· At least 3 years in a sales or recruiting role.

· At least 1 year of management experience

· Proficiency with all Microsoft Office Suite programs: Word, Excel, PP, Outlook etc.

· Ability to mentor, train, motivate, and supervise a team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Great time management and working well even during “crunch time”.

· An enduring friendly and personable demeanor, whether on the first or last call of the day.
