Job Description:
Endeavor Business Media is seeking a marketing automation expert who has experience in email production using marketing automation tools. This role will be responsible for backend setup, database hygiene and performance analysis. Looking for a “can-do” candidate who is willing to take the initiative and excited to support our robust marketing team and develop new improve processes across the company.
This role would be ideal for a mid-level (2-4 years) marketer looking for an opportunity to apply their working knowledge of email marketing, customer data and integration technology.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Creating lead generation forms to drive conversion for paid and list generation campaigns.

Creating/edit landing pages in HTML, leveraging Eloqua’s responsive landing page design editor tool, along with other HTML editing tools, such as Dreamweaver.

Owning the program management of overall data hygiene which include list uploads, pulls, segmentation, execution, and measurement.

Follow all CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CCPA compliance/legal requirements.

Build APIs for various customers and partners.

Work directly with our Data Scientist and VP of Marketing Solutions to build out automated reported to view overall database health and campaign trends.
REQUIREMENTS

2+ years' experience with both technical and hands-on email marketing strategy and execution.

Experience with email marketing automation like Eloqua, HubSpot, and Marketo (Eloqua Preferred).

Experience working with data, including standard email engagement, metrics and web analytics tools.

Extremely comfortable modifying existing HTML email templates with an emphasis on mobile and responsive design.

Background in technical setup, nurture building, email creation, and deployment.

Knowledge of database and email marketing best practices i.e., deployment, deliverability, performance analysis, and database hygiene.

Logical and technical thinker – likes to build processes and solve problems.

Self-starter, not afraid to dive-in and roll up your sleeves.
