NASHVILLE, Tn. (September 28, 2018) – Endeavor Business Media, a business to business media company, based in Nashville, Tenn., today announced that it has acquired Plastics Machinery Magazine from Peninsula Publishing, for an undisclosed amount. The Peninsula staff has been retained by Endeavor.
“The PMM team has built a very strong brand that will fit in nicely with our other industrial titles,” said CEO Chris Ferrell. “It is great to have the brand and the team on board as we continue to build out our portfolio of industry focused titles.”
Tony Eagan and J.A. Lewellen, co-founders of Peninsula Publishing, will continue in their current roles with the magazine. “We are excited to have the resources of Endeavor to help us continue the growth of the PMM brand,” said Lewellen. “Endeavor’s digital and lead generation platforms will enhance our market leading print title and we look forward to sharing more details with our clients and readers.”
The entire staff of Peninsula Publishing will transition to Endeavor, with the publication office remaining in Akron, Ohio.
