The sales associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining an existing territory’s print and digital budgets.
The candidate must be goal oriented, self-driven and able to multi-task.
Telemarketing skills are essential as well as the ability to conduct yourself in professional face to face settings.
Work with the existing sales as support with order entry, account maintenance and material collections.
Must be able to travel to client or event locations throughout the year.
•Build business by identifying and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.
•Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
•Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
•Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
•Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales options.
•Maintains relationships with clients and existing senior sales staff by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; and service improvements.
•Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.
•Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
•Maintains quality service by enforcing organization standards
•Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook
•Use of computer to communicate, create proposals, PPT
•Phone communication skills
•Excellent oral and written communication skills (proposals as well as email correspondence)
•Overnight travel (20% - with potential to increase)
•Collaborative with co-workers and clients
Equivalent Education / Experience:
1+ years in other sales (inside or out)
1+ years providing customer service in a variety of levels
