NASHVILLE, Tn. (June 25, 2018) – Endeavor Business Media, a publishing and communications company, based in Nashville, Tenn, today announced that it has acquired the B2B assets of SouthComm Business Media, including publications, website portals and trade shows for an undisclosed amount. Most of the SouthComm staff has been retained by Endeavor.

The purchase of SouthComm Business Media includes a variety of properties that reach the transit, public safety, and technology markets, providing integrated marketing solutions with print, digital and event properties.
Combined the company now has 23 publications, 17 websites and 20 events.
Ferrell notes that a number of the events Endeavor purchased last month from Gallo Business Media fit well with some of the SouthComm titles. “We obviously have some work to do to integrate all of our recent acquisitions, but I think we will find some nice synergies as we execute our strategy,” said Ferrell.

Headquartered in Nashville, TN, Endeavor Business Media, LLC was formed in late 2017 to acquire and operate trade publications, websites and events. The company targets B2B audiences around the country. The company has offices in Birmingham, Alabama, Sarasota, Florida, Skokie, Illinois and now Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin.
